Psychology graduate (NKUA) and holder of an MSc in Clinical Psychology and Mental Health (Swansea University).
He is training in Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy (University of Crete School of Medicine). His approach is based on practical, understandable methods that help the person recognize what is making things difficult and apply small, targeted changes in daily life. The cognitive-behavioral approach focuses on the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and on how this understanding can lead to meaningful improvement.
